Open Day Sat 8th Nov 12-4pm | Drop in for drinks & nibbles & to take a look around

Coming to Ashbourne soon!

Looking for a place to work away from the distractions of home, or the hustle and bustle of a busy cafe? Want a desk where you can work peacefully, with the opportunity to take video calls in private? What if that space could also provide you with a community of like-minded co-workers? Can you imagine the possibilities that could come from forming such unique relationships? Well, imagine no more! The Co-Working Spot is coming to Ashbourne, Derbyshire this November.

What's it all about?

So many of us work remotely now, but whilst working from home might seem appealing, it's not always a suitable environment. The kids off school, no real work-space to call your own, and the social loss you often get in an office environment. I know this, because I work from home too...

Hey, I'm Lisa!

I've worked from home for over 20 years, but since the Covid pandemic, and having teenage sons who love to spend all their time online, I've seen many people have a drastic decline in mental health and the feeling of loneliness. I often found myself visiting local coffee shops (my favourite is Cornerstone Cafe), just for a change of scenery and then one day, I thought, I wonder what a Co-Working space would look like in Ashbourne? And the concept of The Co-Working Spot was born!

My husband Pete, and I, recently purchased 10 Dig Street, the vintage clothes shop that was once Dare To Be Different, and we're planning on bringing The Co-Working Spot to Ashbourne November 2025 (after the road works from the Reborn project are complete).
